Sara Arend
joined LEES in September 2004 having graduated from the University of East Anglia with an honours degree in Accounting and Finance. She is primarily involved with the preparation and audit of financial statements for limited companies and in 2007 she became a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant.
Sara takes pride in providing commercial and practical advice delivered in an open and straightforward manner. Her focus is always on getting the right result for her clients.
Chris Bidgood
Chris Bidgood
joined LEES in 2006 having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. Chris has experience of working with a wide range of corporate clients and delivering business advisory, audit, accountancy and various specialist services.
Chris has built up extensive experience in the management of limited companies including issues surrounding the raising of finance and handling fast-growth strategies. He enjoys providing practical solutions to help entrepreneurs meet their strategic objectives.
Tony Brain
Tony Brain
joined LEES in September 2007 as corporate manager having worked previously for local and national practices.Tony is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants having qualified in 1985. Tony has experience in a wide range of corporate clients and has been involved in all stages of the company life cycle. He also has experience in non corporate owner run businesses.
Tony has been able to guide a number of his clients from start-up to sale. His input coupled with their hard work and the buoyancy of the local economy has helped many of them realise their ambitions and reach their goals.
Carolyn Burrage
Carolyn Burrage
joined LEES in 1988 and is a member of our corporate team, assisting on audits and in the preparation of company accounts. She is also involved in providing direct VAT services to clients and supporting financial controllers with other outsourcing assistance.
Carolyn believes that simple solutions are often the best ones and outsourcing can often greatly simplify the life of a business manager.
Louise Cartwright
Louise Cartwright
is a graduate from Loughborough University and a Chartered Certified Accountant. Since joining LEES in 2004 she has worked actively with owner-managed businesses, assisting them in producing and interpreting financial information and supporting them with their decision making. Louise likes to be involved and clients often use her as a sounding board which is especially appreciated by the fast growing, entrepreneurial businesses within her portfolio.
Neville Hare
Neville Hare
joined Lees in March 2000. Involved in the management of a diverse portfolio of mainly corporate clients. In addition, Neville also has substantial experience of Charity clients, partnerships, and sole traders gained from his 19 years in the profession.
He most enjoys getting to know what makes his clients tick in order to best help them run their businesses. Many of Neville's clients have directly benefited from the emphasis he puts on having the right management information on which to base decisions.
Sean Hurn
Sean Hurn
joined LEES in 2000. He is primarily involved with advising and providing services to corporate clients with owner-managers. Sean is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has over 15 years of experience in a wide variety of accountancy work.
If his extensive experience has shown him one thing, it's that every business may be unique but the problems they face are not - so fixing them may not mean reinventing the wheel.
Marie Wilson
Marie Wilson
joined LEES in 2006. She is currently following the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants professional qualification programme and is primarily involved in accounts preparation. Marie is based in the Corporate department dealing with owner-managed companies.
Marie likes getting to know clients businesses and attributes the success of her fast learning and strong client relationships to her interest in them and her ability to listen and understand new concepts quickly.
Martin Wilson
Martin Wilson
joined LEES in 2006. He is a Norwich corporate team member involved in maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts for small and medium sized enterprises. Having obtained a doctorate and first class degree from the University of East Anglia, Martin is studying for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Professional Scheme qualification.
He takes pride in providing commercial and practical advice delivered in an open and straightforward manner.
Jennifer Winter
Jennifer Winter
is a Chartered Certified Accountant and has a degree in Accounting and Finance. She joined LEES in 2003 and specialises in the preparation of company accounts and associated audit work based in our Norwich corporate team.
Jennifer comments that clients who use accurate management information to support their decision-making are much more likely appreciate the full value of the services good Accountants provide. She also believes that people accept inefficiency and complacency far too easily and everyone should be encouraged to test their boundaries.
