Graham Bainger
Graham is a highly regarded tax consultant. He has worked in accountancy for over 30 years and after an initially period as an audit and accountancy manager Graham chose to specialise in Tax. As well as providing leading tax advice to LEES clients he also advises other accountancy practices on technical issues and tax saving strategies. Graham is a Chartered Tax Advisor.

Graham believes that the ever increasing complexity of Tax legislation and Tax anti-avoidance measures means that tax advisors need to go the extra mile to find opportunities to reduce their clients liabilities; a challenge Graham loves. 

Chris Bidgood
Chris is LEES Head of Corporate Finance. As owner-managers will only have one shot at the transaction, Chris stresses that they must get it right. Cutting corners inevitably leads to expensive mistakes and he urges all parties to take advice from experienced professionals.

A Chartered Accountant since 2002, Chris has built up extensive experience in small and medium sized business acquisitions, disposals, MBO's and finance raising initiatives.

Iain Clayton
Iain is a registered auditor and has over 20 years accountancy experience representing diverse portfolios of corporate and specialist clients. Iain is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a Chartered Accountant. 

He is primarily involved in business development, corporate finance and information technology and has been the lead advisor to many successful businesses.

Jerry Hyde
Jerry has over 20 years experience in accountancy which has included managing high profile audits. Jerry coordinates the operations within LEES corporate departments and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Chartered Accountant.

Jerry enjoys sparking ideas off people and believes that businesses need to be crystal clear on what they want to achieve before worrying about how to go about it.

Graham Lyon
Graham has specialised in corporate advisory services to larger company clients as well as corporate finance services. Graham is a registered auditor with significant experience in advising businesses on strategy and development, he has been the lead advisor to many successful local businesses. Graham is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Graham believes that the best foundation for success is sound planning. By working closely with LEES clients, Graham builds up a comprehensive picture that goes beyond financial matters and takes in the business itself and the owners plans.
