Barry Wilderoder is raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support and has decided to embark on a challenge of The Four Peaks………..
Pictured here receiving a donation from LEES Corporate Director, Jerry Hyde, Barry starts on 21st June 2008 at Ben Nevis in Scotland (1344m), then 30th August 2008 to Snowdon in Wales (1085m), then 25th October 2008 to Scafell Pike in England (987m) and finally 20th February 2009 to Kilimanjaro in Tanzania (5750m).
He is hoping to raise £25,000 and is grateful for LEES sponsorship.
In addition to the actual physical challenge there is a great support team who are helping to arrange various events from an October 2008 Ball to a race night and also various sponsored training events......it's going to be some year!
A member of Barry's family needed the support of a Macmillan nurse in the past and he was very grateful to them.
